EU Whistleblower Protection Policy
Introduction
At PAA CAPITAL GROUP, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity and in compliance with the laws that govern us. In line with the new European Union Whistleblower Directive, we have established this policy to ensure that individuals who report breaches of EU law are protected from retaliation and their confidentiality is safeguarded.
Scope and Purpose
This policy applies to all our employees, contractors, suppliers, and other third parties who have a professional relationship with PAA CAPITAL GROUP. It is designed to:
- Encourage the reporting of concerns related to breaches of EU law.
- Ensure reports are handled appropriately and confidentially.
- Protect whistleblowers from retaliation.
What Can Be Reported
Breaches that can be reported under this policy include, but are not limited to:
- Financial misconduct
- Corruption
- Breaches of data protection laws
- Threats to public health and safety
- Environmental protection violations
How to Report
If you have reasonable grounds to believe there is a breach of EU law, you are encouraged to report it through our internal reporting channels:

Alternatively, reports can also be made externally to competent authorities designated by EU Member States.
Confidentiality and Protection
We assure all whistleblowers that their identity will be kept confidential and their report will be handled discreetly. Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited. Any acts of retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action.
Investigation Process
All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated. Appropriate corrective action will be taken if wrongdoing is found.
Training and Awareness
Regular training will be provided to employees and management to foster an understanding of this policy and the importance of whistleblower protection.
Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains effective and compliant with EU legislation.
