PAA CAPITAL GROUP provides a secure, encrypted whistleblowing portal for employees, contractors, suppliers, clients, and partners to report concerns in good faith. You may report anonymously. Retaliation is strictly prohibited.

What you can report

• Financial misconduct, fraud, AML/CFT or sanctions concerns

• Corruption, conflicts of interest, improper gifts & hospitality

• Data protection or information-security incidents

• Threats to health and safety or environment

• Other serious breaches of EU law or company policy

Your identity (if provided) is kept confidential and access is limited on a need-to-know basis. Retaliation is prohibited and will result in disciplinary action. You may report externally to the competent authority in your EU Member State if you prefer or if internal handling is not appropriate.
